As part of the Site’s asset management function, 10 will make available to Authorized Users certain Material. As an Authorized User, 10 grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Materials for the advertising and promotion of the Materials, but only in furtherance of your business relationship with 10 or 10’s business.
